Why is Progress Not Linear?

1. Develop a Growth Mindset.

Growth mindset is a concept in psychology that refers to the belief that one’s abilities, intelligence, and talents can be developed and improved through hard work, dedication, and learning. 2. Do Not Be Too Hard on Yourself.
